Telegraphing the Message

Oftentimes overlooked, embedded in the story of Jesus’ first miracle where He turns water into wine is the message of His purpose for stepping out of heaven and into humanity – He came to seek and to save the lost.

In this lesson, we will consider the magnitude of Jesus’ mission in light of the miracle at hand – namely, that like the transformation of the water inside the ceremonial cleansing pots into fine wine, Jesus came to transform our dirty, disgusting sinful lives through a miracle of His grace.
