First Baptist Church Choirs

First Baptist Church offers everyone an opportunity to lift up their voices in praise! From our youngest members to our seniors, we have programs that will enable you to sing your heart out.

CHILDREN'S CHOIRS

FBCPTC offers a choral ministry to develop children musically and spiritually by teaching them age-appropriate music fundamentals within a fun, Christian environment. Choir provides children with every opportunity to experience God's love through music, to share God's love with their friends, families and community, to grow in their love for the Lord and to develop their faith through songs of praise and thanksgiving.

Weekly rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings (6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.)
during the school year (August - May).

Your child will learn the fundamentals of music in a fun, safe environment, grow spiritually, and express their love for God through songs of praise and thanksgiving.

Our music programs are broken down by age groups:

The Cherubs - age 3
The Eighth Notes - age 4

The Quarter Notes - age 5
The Half Notes - First and Second grade
Kingdom Kidz - grades 3 - 4 - 5
Youth Choir - ages 13 - 17

Our mission is to provide children with every opportunity to experience God's love through music: share God's love with their friends, families and their community; grow in their love for the Lord, and develop their faith through songs of praise and thanksgiving.

YOUTH CHOIR -
A great bunch of young people, grades 7 - 12, excited about singing for God. Rehearsals are every other Wednesday evening at 6:00 P.M. This choir leads in our annual Student Sunday, Disciple Now weekend, and other special student emphasis days and participates in the summer mission trip/choir tour.

SANCTUARY CHOIR (Adults)
This group, comprised of adults 18 years and older,
is the featured choir during the 9:00 A.M. Sunday Morning
Worship Celebration. The choir is also involved in at least

two major productions each year (The Easter Pageant and
one other production). Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings

from 6:15 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. in Sanctuary.
