Preschool
Connection Groups
The Preschool Department provides care and teaching for Bed Babies, Crawlers, Walkers, Toddlers, 2's, 3's, and 4 year olds. We have preschoolers for both services with the purpose of encouraging the spiritual, mental, emotional, social, and physical growth of these youngsters. We use a different curriculum each hour to provide our preschoolers with engaging learning and play activities.
Also, health & safety is a priority to us here at First Baptist Church, so we have several procedures in place to ensure the safety of our preschoolers.
- Beepers for all Infants and preschoolers through 3 yrs old
- Security cards for all preschoolers
- Outstanding training for all of our teachers, workers, and helpers
- Background checks performed on all of our teachers, workers, and helpers
- Classrooms cleaned & disinfected after every use
- Allergy consciousness--children with severe allergies wear specially marked name tages alerting the teachers
